You’d be Dead Before Nightfall
If a man or a woman were placed without clothes, food, or water in a shadeless portion of the Sahara desert, that person would be dead before nightfall. Let’s take a hard look at what happens to you when you raw dog in the desert.

But I called an Uber

Tod keep your body temperature down, you would have sweated away 4 to 6 pints of water by noon. By late afternoon, you will have lost a total of 1.5 to 2 gallons.

Water would then be lost from your blood, which would in turn, thicken and flow more slowly, causing your body temperature to rise.

Before sunset, your temperature will have risen to about 115 degrees fahrenheit, causing fever, delirium, and eventually death. Even if you drank ten pints of water a day, you would last no longer than 5 days. Do you really want to go down this road?

To survive indefinitely in hot and exposed desert conditions, the average adult requires at least 1.5 gallons of water each day.
